If you’re traveling by plane, the closest airport to Boston University is Logan International Airport (BOS), which is about eight miles from campus. From the terminal, follow the signs to Ground Transportation, where you can take a taxi, uber to campus or take the Silver Line bus to South Station.

The dorms are in the west side of campus located at 275 Babcock Street, Boston. Boston has a comprehensive public transportation system known as the MBTA or the “T,” with bus lines, trolleys, and subway trains running throughout the city. The most direct way to campus via the “T” is to purchase a Charlie Card or Charlie Ticket, then take the Silver Line – SL1 bus from your terminal to South Station. Upon arriving at South Station, you should transfer to the Red Line inbound towards Alewife and take it to the Park Street Station stop. From the Park Street Station, take the Green Line – Train B towards Boston College. Boston University’s Charles River Campus is large, so your final destination should be the stop of BU West (This is where the dorms are located at).
